As State Representative Miller supported accelerating Ohio’s gas tax increase and tried to raise the lodging tax!

In 2021 Miller opposed a resolution urging Congress to close the southern border, and even voted against the Seitz Amendment to HB 80 which required welfare claimants to disclose their immigration status.

Records show Miller’s performance evaluations reveal Miller’s uncontrollable anger, describes him as “combative and defensive” and says he “struggles with accountability.” Multiple issues and confrontations over the years show Miller’s anger was a constant issue.

Miller supported multiple divisive DEI policies including implementing institutionalized DEI and government mandated DEI programs at the taxpayers expense. DEI policies have shown to create hostile work environments, and results in reverse discrimination.
